At Eelay, we want your subscription experience to be clear and simple. This Cancellation Policy explains how free trials, cancellations, renewals, and refunds work.

30-day free trial

Eelay may offer a 30-day free trial for eligible users. A valid payment card may be required to start your free trial.

You will not be charged during the free trial period. If you cancel before the end of your 30-day trial, you will not be charged.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically continue and your payment method will be charged the subscription price shown at checkout.

Subscription renewal

Eelay subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

For annual plans, your subscription will renew once per year at the then-current subscription price, unless you cancel before your renewal date.

How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings.

Once canceled, your subscription will not renew at the end of your current billing period.

Access after cancellation

If you cancel during your 30-day free trial, your access may end at the end of the trial period.

If you cancel after your paid subscription has started, you will continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Refund policy

Payments are non-refundable once your paid subscription begins.

If you cancel after your paid subscription has started, you will not receive a refund for the remaining portion of your billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of that billing period.

Failed payments

If your payment method fails, we may ask you to update your billing information. If payment is not completed, your access to paid features may be paused or canceled.
